Claybody
A clay body, as defined by ceramicists, is a mixture of several types of clay, minerals, and other components. Grog is a substance that is frequently added to the clay body to make it easier to handle and more durable. The intended application of the final product to be produced determines the recipe or formula. This is one of the reasons why a mixture of clays is utilized to generate a clay body that meets the demands of ceramicists.
