High-temp glaze

Also referred to by the cone in which they are fired, for example, a cone 10 glaze. High-temperature glazes are more impervious to scratches and moisture but are generally less vibrant in color. High-temperature glazes are commonly known as stoneware or porcelain glazes, for example, functional dinnerware and casseroles.
